Q: How do I request a pool access card?
A: Please click https://gmiusaaccess.com/amenity-request/?prop=DHRH to request your pool access card. Please see attached (below) pool rules and information.
PREPAYMENT REQUIRED. Please log in to your townsq.io account and make a one-time payment ($20.00 for each pool card) before submitting your request.
NOTE: Charges will not be reflected on your account until your request has been processed and finalized. FedEx shipping rates will be applied separately.
Q: What are the operating hours of the pool?
A: The pool is open every day from 9AM-PM during the pool season. Opens Early May and closes Labor day.
Q: How many guests can I have at the pool?
A: Residents are permitted up to 4 guests at any time.
